Badger LMS Login

In order to reserve equipment and purchase items from the Cleanroom stockroom, Cleanroom users can install the Badger Lab Management Software on their personal computer, or use the sign-in kiosks located inside the Yellow room within the Cleanroom. Use of the software on a personal computer requires the installation of  Java SE Runtime Environment 8 for Windows or Mac. The installation of versions greater than SE Runtime Environment 8 will not allow the Badger LMS to function properly.  PIs should also create a Badger account to keep track of monthly Cleanroom charges for their users.

Clicking the shortcut link will open a Badger LMS graphical user interface. For new users, click the “New Users” link and fill in the pertinent fields. Once the fields are complete, click the “Set Password” button, and create a password. Once the password has been set, the account will go through a review process. Once the account is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the user, and the user may log into the system using their credentials.

For returning users, enter the “email” and “password” login credentials, use the radio button to change the lab to NYU NFF, then press the “Login” button.

Once logged into the system, the user can now reserve and enable equipment for use, as well as purchase available items from the Cleanroom’s stockroom.
