Sara Thermer

Adjunct Faculty/ Course Administrator —NYU Tandon School of Engineering

Sara Thermer is an adjunct faculty at NYU Tandon School of Engineering’s General Engineering Department, where her focus is on Lean StartUp and Design Thinking based entrepreneurial courses. She completed her Master’s in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University’s Graduate School of Education and Human Development. In 2017 she joined the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute as a team coach. She continues her close involvement in NYU's entrepreneurial community as a mentor and a member of the CIE institute. Her research interests include digital literacy in adults, online learning in the age of COVID, and undergraduate transitions to STEM education.
